The English preparation course is sold as a one-time $59 payment for 365 days of access. It does not automatically renew. Access begins after successful payment and includes the website course, the full interview coach, and the English Android app. The optional audio add-on is separate unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise.
Course and app access are connected through the email address entered at checkout. You are responsible for using that same email when creating or signing in to the website and Android app accounts. Contact customer service promptly if payment succeeds but access is not recognized, or if you have a refund inquiry. Any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law remain unaffected.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable federal or state courts.
