The English preparation course is sold as a one-time $59 payment for 365 days of access. It does not automatically renew. Access begins after successful payment and includes the website course, the full interview coach, and the English Android app. The optional audio add-on is separate unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise.
Course and app access are connected through the email address entered at checkout. You are responsible for using that same email when creating or signing in to the website and Android app accounts. Contact customer service promptly if payment succeeds but access is not recognized, or if you have a refund inquiry. Any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law remain unaffected.
For the English annual course purchased through this website, you may request a full refund within seven days of purchase, even if you have started studying. Email customerservice@kartapolaka.com.pl from your checkout email address with your receipt or order reference and say that you would like a refund. No explanation is required. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your payment provider determines when the funds appear. The refunded course and its included Android access end when the refund is processed. This voluntary policy does not limit any refund, withdrawal, or other rights you have under applicable law. Separate audio purchases are not included in this course policy; contact us about those purchases and any applicable rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable federal or state courts.
